Fasten all buttons/zippers and lay your pants flat on a surface, smoothing out any wrinkles.

Measure straight across the top of the waistband from one side to the other, then double this number for your waist measurement.

For pants, measure from the crotch seam down to the bottom of the leg hem to find your inseam length.
