Easy and Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’ve made the return process simple and straightforward.

Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Exclusions: Personalized or customized items and final sale products are not eligible for returns. The only items available for a return or exchange are the standard navy blue or charcoal products.

How to Return an Item

  • Prepare Your Package: Place the item(s) in the original packaging. Include the packing slip or order confirmation email.
  • Attach the Return Label: Use the pre-paid return label included in your package. If you need a new label, please contact our customer service.
  • Ship Your Return: Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will process it within 7-10 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Exchanges

  • Selective Exchanges: Due to the custom nature of these items, if you need a different size, I accept standard uniform colors only. This is limited to navy blue or charcoal products.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Inspection: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service immediately.
  • Replacement: We will replace the item at no additional cost to you and send you a return label at our cost.
