My Journey
Liliana began her journey on eBay with the store Liliana Work Clothes. Initially focusing on a broad range of workwear, Liliana gradually honed in on high-visibility apparel. Since starting the eBay store in 2017, Liliana has grown the diversity of her hi vis work clothes collection. This prompted the launch of LilianaHiVis.com to reach a wider audience.
Customers loved the unique color combinations and customization options that weren’t available elsewhere. The idea was to extend these offerings to more people through a dedicated website, allowing even greater customization and accessibility.

My Products and Services
We offer a range of enhanced visibility gear suitable for various environments, particularly those where lower-speed visibility is essential. Our products are not classified as Class 2 ANSI safety gear but are designed for enhanced visibility.
One of our standout features is the ability to customize work shirts from the base. Customers can choose unique combinations, such as an orange shirt with green reflective tape, which is uncommon in the market. This customization allows companies to create matching uniforms that reflect their brand colors and enhance team visibility.
Customization is simple through our web store. Customers can select the product, choose the base color, the size, the color of the reflective tape, and the quantity—all set to their specifications.
Quality and Innovation
Quality is at the heart of what we do. We source the best materials, especially the reflective tape, thread, and base items. Our base items are primarily sourced from Red Kap Manufacturing because we found their products to be the most consistently high quality. Our reflective tape is sewn on, ensuring it remains secure even after multiple washing and drying cycles. This sewn-on method prevents the reflective portion from degrading, unlike some manufacturers who use glue.
Our reflective tape is sourced from a trusted manufacturer we’ve partnered with for nearly a decade, ensuring the highest quality. The labor for reflective tape application is handmade in the United States by Liliana, who has over three decades of sewing experience.
Our unique offerings include a variety of product colorways and customization options that are not available elsewhere. This allows us to create garments tailored to specific customer needs, such as 100% cotton khaki shirts with orange reflective tape, just to give an example of a unique color combination.
